Attendance Program and Tuition

 

Registration/Supplies Fee:

A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is charged in September for all administration files and supplies your child will need for the school year.  If enrolling October to August, the fee will be pro-rated.

 

Monthly Tuition:

Tuition is due on the first day of each month and must be paid no later than the 10^th of the month.  A weekly rate will be charged with a late fee of $5.00 if not paid by then.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Weekly Tuition:

Tuition is due on the day your child starts school and each Monday thereafter.  If tuition is not paid by closing Thursday, a late fee of $5.00 will be added to your account.  If your tuition is not paid Friday, your child will not be allowed to attend school until your bill is current.

 

Regular tuition is charged regardless if your child is in attendance or not.  After five months of attendance, your child is entitled to one week of vacation without being charged.  We must have at least two weeks’ notice in writing as to when your child will be out.  Your child is entitled to a second week of vacation after the eighth month of attendance.

 

Any check that is returned for insufficient funds will have a $10.00 fee plus a $5.00 late fee.  If a second check is returned, we will no longer accept your personal checks.  Cash or money order only will be accepted.

 

 

            Full Time – Monday thru Friday 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM

            $430.00 per month                    $110.00 per week

            Potty Training $450.00 per month         $115.00 per week

            Half Day – Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM

            $365.00 per month                    $100.00 per week

            Potty Training $385.00 per month         $105.00 per week

 

Late Pick up Fees:

If your child is in half day, he/she must be picked up no later than 12:30 PM.  At 12:31 a late fee of $10.00 will start accruing for every 15 minutes you are late.

If your child is in full time he/she must be picked up no later than 6:00 PM.  At 6:01 a late fee of $10.00 will start accruing for every 15 minute increment.

 

Attendance/Tuition Program

A 10% discount will be given for a sibling of the same family attending WCS or SWLC.

A written notice is due in the office at least two weeks prior to changing your child’s attendance schedule. A written notice is due in the office at least two weeks prior to taking your child out of SWLC.  If written notice is not given, your account will be charged for that amount.
