The purpose of the WOW Ministry is to edify the church by:

1.       Planning, promoting and coordinating ministry among the women of Wilmington First Assembly,

2.     Providing opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship and Christian service for women,

3.     Providing support of our missionary family through prayer and meeting of material needs.

Women of Wilmington Ministry encompasses all activities and programs for the Women of Wilmington First Assembly and includes:

WOMEN’S MINISTRIES

Tuesdays 10:00 AM – Noon.

Meets weekly for prayer, missions projects and speakers, birthday lunches for staff, coordinates funeral dinners, and sponsors annual Father-Child Luncheon.

SPRING & FALL EVENTS

Mother-Daughter Luncheon in May and Harvest Tea in November.

RETREATS & CONFERENCES

Spring Conference (Energizer) in March and Fall Women’s Retreat in September.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Special interest meetings with activity or speaker
